Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of custom products, all custom sales are generally final.

However, if there is an issue caused by production error or shipping damage, please contact us and we will work toward a fair resolution.


Photography Prints & Artwork

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of photography prints, artwork, and printed products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Many print products are fulfilled through trusted third-party professional printing partners, including canvas, metal, framed prints, fine art paper prints, and similar products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or there is an issue with the physical product itself (such as the canvas, framing, or print material), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work directly with our third-party printing partner to review the problem and help pursue an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Reprint
  • Repair
  • Store credit
  • Other reasonable solutions depending on the situation

Please note:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, print materials, and production processes.
  • We are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or slight color differences between screens and printed products.

We genuinely want you to love the final piece and will do our best to help if a production issue occurs.


Original Paintings & Fine Artwork

All original paintings, commissioned artwork, and fine art pieces are final sale and non-returnable.

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damage so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Slight variations in color and texture may occur between screens and physical artwork due to lighting, monitor settings, handmade materials, and artistic processes.


Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files, templates, educational materials, and PDFs, all digital sales are final unless otherwise required by law.


Services & Bookings

Service cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

We reserve the right to determine refunds, credits, or rescheduling eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
